Job Title: Sales Manager
Responsibilities

Have successfully completed your studies with a focus on industrial engineering, electrical engineering or similar or a comparable education.
You will be responsible for the acquisition and support of solar engineers and trading partners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Already have a very good network of solar engineers and distributers in the DACH region and can demonstrate success.
It’s suggested to have at least 3-5 year - experience as a Sales Manager.
You need to increase sales and turnover with storage solutions, solar modules, and complete packages, as well as charging solutions for electric vehicles.
Have a close cooperation with our Head of Sales Europe and other sales members, you will develop and open up new business areas and customer groups.
You will be responsible for sales controlling and reporting in your area.
You will regularly analyze customer requirements (forecast) for our materials purchasing and always keep an eye on our competitors in the wholesale sector.
In the middle term, you will lead a team of four regional Sales Managers to support you in your region.
You need to have an active thinking, good image and be good at communication.
You will strengthen CNBM brand awareness and positioning by organizing tailored events, product training and workshops, as well as attending trade fairs.
The position needs high-frequency of business trips.
You need to keep an eye on market developments and the latest trends and adjust sales sales approaches according to them.

Qualifications

Completed Bachelor's, Master's or related fields.
Proven professional experience in sales, ideally in the field of renewable energy.
In-depth understanding of renewable energies, especially solar, and storage.
Strong leadership skills and experience in leading.
